Nice combination grain/sportsman's farm with plenty of habitat on and around the farm with the added benefit of some excellent farmland. Nice, secluded ponds, too! This farm could also be a nice combination cattle/grain farm with some clean up and new fencing. I like this farm and it merits one's review. The little barn is special as well!
