Arena Building
The 98X120 arena building has 14 matted 12X12 stalls, a 60X120 enclosed, lighted arena with a good size viewing deck, hot/cold wash rack, and a large tack/feed room. 10 of the stalls in this building have 24 outdoor runs. There is an RV hookup behind the arena barn (not connected to septic).
Stable Building
The stable building has 7 12X12 matted 12X12 stalls. 4 of these stalls have 24 outdoor runs. There is also a tack/feed room to accommodate boarders with horses in this barn.
Two-Stall Barn
The small barn has two run-in stalls with outdoor runs. The current barn manager rents these two stalls for $550 and has free rent in the apartment above the garage/shop. This barn manager has a lot of barn experience and would like to stay if the new buyer desires.
The 120X240 outdoor arena has great fencing and is a dream to ride in. The arena is fenced with quality fencing and while you are riding you can enjoy mountain views.
