Roberson-Williams Tract
This tract has a variety of plantation ages
with a site index of 90 (base age 50).
Plantation ages range from 2018 to 1989.
The eastern-most stand has site preparation
started in anticipation of planting on early
2019. The 1990 plantation is available for
immediate harvest and cash flow. Excellent
access is provided by three all-weather
gravel roads; the county road on the west,
and two internal, east-west roads on the
north and south part of the property. Call for
gate combinations to access the property.
Hunters will enjoy the variety of stand ages
and the size of the tract for hunting along
with two creeks and small pond.

Driving directions from the intersection of
Hwy 3 and Kulli Rd/Old 21 Rd in Haworth:
Drive west on Kulli Rd/Old 21 Rd for 2.0
miles and turn left/south onto Sand Rd, then
proceed 1.4 miles on Sand Rd to the gate on
the tract on the left/east side of the road.
