Habitat consists of huge oak trees, bull mesquites, coastal Bermuda, and a wide variety of diverse grass and brush native to South Texas. Areas of re-growth mesquite are present but manageable and offer additional cover for wildlife. Mostly level terrain with soils that consist of sand, sandy loam and clay.

WILDLIFE

The ranch hosts an abundance of wildlife including white-tailed deer, turkey, dove, quail and feral hogs.

AGRICULTURE

The ranch is currently utilized for livestock grazing in addition to recreation and hunting. At present, the 330-acre portion of the property is leased for cattle grazing and the month-to-month lease can either be extended by the new owner or terminated with notice to the tenant.

WATER
