Driving Directions to Parcel #1: From Highway # 200 at Golden Valley, ND; travel south on County Road #5 thru Golden Valley for 5 ½ miles, then turn left and go 2 miles east thru Robert Colton farm yard. The cattle gates need to always be closed upon passing thru. This will bring you to the NW corner of parcel #1, which will be on your right side facing to the south.

Driving Directions to Parcel #2:

From Highway # 200 at Zap, ND; go south on Cty #13 and travel thru Zap for 2 ½ miles, turn right on 11th St. SW and travel 1 ½ miles west, turn left and go south for 3 miles on 69th Ave. SW or County Road #11, turn right and travel 2 miles west on 14th St SW, this will bring you to the SE corner of parcel #2.
