The food plots, the clear-cut areas, the areas with the "hinge" cutting, the placement of the roads, the planting of tall grass screens, and so on, has all been planned with the idea of developing the property into a whitetail Mecca. The property is about 9 miles southwest of Onamia and about 12 miles from the south shore of Mille Lacs Lake. Mille Lacs Lake offers world class walleye and muskie fishing. If you like snowmobiling or 4 wheeling, there are several miles of local trails, and the Soo Line Trail is only a half a mile north of the property.
