This location provides access to horseback trails throughout the Blackfoot Clearwater Wildlife Management Area. Nearby State and FS Lands additionally provide other opportunities, such as snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, hunting, and cross country skiing. Also, trailheads into the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area are accessed a short distance away from the property. This area is a migratory route for elk and other game animals traversing between the Wildlife Management Area and the Bob Marshall. The grounds are professionally landscaped and include an underground sprinkler system. The detached 2 car custom log garage has an unfinished upper loft, which is accessed by exterior stairs. The lodge has an energy efficient, 2 zone forced air heating/cooling system each with geothermal heat pumps. Two separate water heaters at each end of the lodge.
