Location and Access:
You can access this from a well paved main road, to a good dirt road. There is no need for a 4 WD in normal weather conditions. Snow can happen in winter months but then it appears that the weather patterns go from freezing and then will get warmer in a few days, so working the Claim almost year round is a possibility most years. Located in California, USA. you would either fly into Reno or Sacramento for the best selection of airlines. From either one, it is not a long drive. There are many smaller towns with Hotels, Motels, Inns etc within minutes. Carson City Nevada is a short drive for major shopping amenities. This is not a listing for making a residence or homesteading.
