Location:
Mitchell Ranch is a recreational ranch located in Montague County, Texas. The ranch entrance is off Starkey Road and can be accessed from State Highway 59 or US Highway 82. The ranch is approximately ninety miles, or 1.5 hours from Fort Worth. The ranch has the perfect combination of native pastures and hardwood tree cover. It provides ample opportunities to the sportsman or sportswoman, livestock, and native wildlife.
Water:
Four seasonal creeks and three small seasonal stock tanks can be found on the ranch. Based on the topography of the land, there may be an opportunity to build a lake, creating yet another desirable feature to the land.

The Mitchell Ranch will be even more desired once the new owner establishes corn feeders, protein supplements, planted food plots, and hunting blinds.
