This is a rare one of a kind Northern New Mexico High Country Mountain Ranch. Loaded with elk (12 permits), deer, turkey, bear, lion and approximately 1 mile of Coyote Creek trout fishing. The ranch is divided by NM Hwy 434 and Coyote Creek. There are two older homes on the property that were built in the 1950s. There are many miles of logging roads on the ranch. From Santa Fe take I-25 to Las Vegas Exit to Hwy 329. From Hwy 329 go to 7th Street turn left on 7th Street which is also know as Hwy 518. Take 518 to Mora. In Mora turn right on Hwy 434 and go North pass the Sierra Bonita Campsite. This ranch is located 2 miles North of the Sierra Bonita Campsite. Hwy 434 and Coyote Creek divide the ranch with approximately 1225 acres on each side for a total of 2,450 acres. Actual acreage will be determined by a survey.
