+/- 39.1 acre pine plantation located approximately 2.4 miles southwest of the Interstate 49 and Highway 6 intersection and 3.3 miles northeast of Provencal, LA. The stand is a 31 year old pine plantation that was first thinned in 2000. It is suitable for timber, recreational uses, and development. The tract was surveyed by J. Michael Bradas, RPLS, with Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix, & Hixson in July 2014. The tract is subdivided on the ground into two 19.55 acre parcels. The surveyed lines are marked with metal t-posts.
