Highway 371 Tract

Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized by Jack House to sell 80 acres, more

or less, located in Nevada County, Arkansas. The property is being sold by sealed bid sale on

Friday, August 26, at 10:00 A.M. The Highway 371 Tract is located in southcentral

Nevada County, 3 miles north of Willisville, off of US Hwy 371. The tract consists of

80 acres of native pine and hardwood on gently sloping sandy loam soils with a site index of 86-

90 (base age 50). A timber inventory was conducted by Kingwood in June, 2022 with one 10 BAF plot per two

acres. Estimated volumes for all merchantable timber are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber 5,125 Tons

Oak Sawtimber 319 Tons

Misc. Hardwood Sawtimber 172 Tons

Pine Pulpwood 1,449 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood 1,182 Tons
