Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Cale Tract (Listing #5026) described as part of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 21 West, and part of Section 6, Township 13 South, Range 20 West, containing 174.75 Acres, more or less, Nevada County, Arkansas (see maps).
The tract is located about five (5) miles northeast of Rosston and one (1) mile northeast of the Cale community. Access is Nevada County Road 45 which bisects the tract. Timber consists of 37 acres of thinned pine, 50 acres of unthinned pine, 55 acres of 2018 pine plantation, and 31 acres of streamside management zone areas. Residual acreage in county road. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy and silt loam soils. Terrain is primarily gently rolling....

Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of mature pine plantation with twelve (12) cruise lines running north and south in March, 2023. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Pine Pulpwood: 2,884 Tons
Pine Topwood: 94 Tons
Hardwood Sawtimber: 40 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 983 Tons
