The impressive lodge is surrounded by 4 guest residence in a beautiful oak hammock, with a large pond fed by an artesian well. The lodge has a large open floor plan, with a stone fireplace in the center of the room, hardwood floors, tongue and groove cypress walls throughout. The tongue and groove cathedral ceiling is accented with "pecky cypress beams". The lodge was designed for entertaining large number of guest, but is still cozy and comfortable. The lodge has a well equipped kitchen with a six burner gas stove, dishwasher, Sub Zero freezer and refrigerator. There is a nice laundry room off of kitchen. Also, on the screened porch, off of the kitchen there is a stainless steel grill and gas fryer. Close by the lodge compound is a 5 stand skeet shooting range. Ideally located at the entrance of the ranch is a residence for the ranch foreman.

The lodge and guest residence comes completely furnished. Which includes, among other things a pool table, a large elk and deer antler chandelier, beautiful handmade furniture throughout the lodge. The furniture is "W. R. Dallas Fine Furniture", constructed of Ponderosa Pine, keyed and pegged for natural expansion and contraction.

You will enjoy an exceptional diversity of woods on this property, from absolutely gorgeous oak, cypress and cabbage hammocks, to beautiful tall pine woods with palmettos. The woods meander through out the ranch, giving the property an attractive appearance as well as excellent cover for the wildlife.

Along with the great hunting, you have some the best fresh water fishing and duck hunting in the state of Florida at your front door. Kenansville Lake, which is part of the upper St. Johns River basin that covers approximately 166,500 acres, and can be accessed from the ranch, or public boat ramp just outside the front gate. The series of canals and creeks on the ranch provides drainage for the property.

The ranch headquarters is conveniently located in the center of the property. In this area there is a small mobile home, as well as the cow pens, stables, walk-in cooler with butcher room, dog pens, covered fuel containment area, shop and bird pens. Also, there is a "Redneck Swimming Pool", made by a flowing artesian well.

The ranch has a carrying capacity of approximately 400 head of cows. The property is divided into multiple pastures, connected by lanes. Water for the cattle is provided by ponds, canals, creeks and seven artesian wells, that also irrigate the pastures. Pastures are primarily Bahia and Bermuda grass, with one Floralta hay pasture.
