Agents Comments:
The history on this ranch is truly amazing. Just walking around you are apt to find arrow heads etc. Every time Im on this ranch Im shocked on the amount of wildlife I see. The current owners have told me that this place hasnt been hunted for years and years and I sure believe it with the amount of animals I have seen. Having your own two mini mountains is pretty cool, the views are over the top. Location is another key point in my opinion. Being only 1.5 hrs from the metro-flex lets you enjoy the property in the morning but you can still be back for your kids activities in the afternoon. All in all, this is a great recreational ranch.
