113 acres on the historic Village Bend of the Brazos. This is the location of the Village Bend Schoolhouse from the late 1800's. No remnants of the schoolhouse remain but the ancient Live Oak trees that surround it must have stories to tell. Some of these trees are 25-30 feet in circumference and are some the largest in the county. This amazing property has .35 miles of river frontage with a trail along the river banks. there is power located on the property and water is available by drilling a well. The Village Bend was named this because it was a large Indian Camp prior to settlement. Indian artifacts are underfoot everywhere. The property is generally level to rolling and very usable.
