The east side of this farm is very flat with good soils. It is currently planted to dryland wheat. The sprinkler has been removed, but the pad and underground line is still intact. There are two wells, one has a 20 HP sub and the south well is a dry hole. The west side of the property was planted to native grass using the EQUIP Program this year. A Playa Lake is on the west side of the property, and a homesite on the north side has been cleaned up. The Seller is reserving 1/2 of the commercial wind royalty rights.
