The overall terrain varies from nearly level to gently sloping, with the west-half of the farm being basically level and the east-half sloping gently to the east to a playa lake located on the adjoining property. Slopes across this farm range from 0-3%.
Improvements:
Improvements include an older seven (7) tower Zimmatic center pivot irrigation system and two (2) irrigation wells. The pivot system is approximately 1,280 feet long and is in good condition for its age. This pivot is nozzled at 200 gallons per minute.
