Buena Vista 160

160 acres of native rangeland with a great stand of mesquite that should suit wildlife well! Only a few miles from the town of Imperial and just outside the community of Buena Vista. Imperial was originally named Redlands and was renamed after California's Imperial Valley. Fairly easy road access if camping or riding ATV's is your thing! This is a great opportunity to own your own remote piece of property with no restrictions and tons of opportunity!

Directions

Head SE on FM 11 from Imperial to Buena Vista. You can stay straight on Old Girvin Road for a mile and make your first right. The caliche road will get you close and there's a short strip that has grown up before you hit the corner. The other option is to head east from Imperial on Hwy 11 to the ghost town of Buena Vista. You turn right and head southeast on Buena Vista Road for 2.3 Miles. Turn left at the caliche road and drive around 1.42 miles. The road will make a 90 degree bend at a wire gap. You can take down the wire gap and drive the last quarter mile. Be sure to put up the wire gap when you drive in because there's horses in the pasture.
