This Parcel is some of the best whitetail habitat I have come across. The land is a haven for large whitetails to hide out in. The land has three 3 main components: food, water, and cover. The area is known for producing monster whitetail deer. While walking the land the amount of deer sign was astounding. Trails were going in every direction. Deer beds littered some areas. The land has not been hunted for many years, and I would say some trophy deer live there. It is a must-see property for any whitetail hunter. There is only one way to see the potential, and that is to get out there!
