You’ll immediately see a scenic campground, the beautiful sand beach and the Illinois River. The sand beach is very large and would make for a perfect spot to swim and relax during the summer months with your friends or to host a sand volleyball game. The western end of the beach offers two boat ramps that allow you to launch your boat or jet ski into the river for a day of boating, fishing, or accessing your hunting blind.
