Trophy Deer Holding Habitat

This is likely the best trophy deer-holding habitat I have ever seen in Pepin County, WI. A deep valley has been carved into the landscape by Bear Creek creating a valley so deep and technical a human cannot walk it. Yet, apparently, the deer have no issues at all using it as a security area as the trails leading into and out of it are numerous. Then, Bear Creek dumps into a 40-acre bottomland so thick it is nearly impenetrable. Food, water and cover are what trophy whitetail need to grow old and this property offers it. Then, on top, it gets even better! Acres of potential agriculture fields exist. The land has been divided into smaller more manageable parcels with hedgerows of pine creating a mosaic pattern.
