Property has newer roofs on both buildings-the house has a newer heating and cooling. The house includes the 1.5 garage. The tenant in unit 2 cuts grass maintains property and collects and deposits all rents into the bank for no fee. All three tenants would like to stay at property. Units 2 and 3 include appliances except for window air conditioners. Apartment building has newer windows. Units 2 and 3 have gas wall heaters and their own hot water tanks. Main house does not use base board heaters.
