Camping area ownership gives you your own designated lot that is your private property. No permanent structures are allowed, no power, and no water. Some camps have been here more than 30 years with wells and a combination of solar and generator power. Some lots have been fully graded with fences placed around their private campsite. Hunting area ownership (access deeds) does give you a legal deeded piece of property but it is in the hunting section of River Ranch. camp setups are not allowed but you have access to all the other amenities of River Ranch for a fraction of the price including the temporary camping area. The hunting area is open 24/7 and is full of trails and more.
