Copper Hill Tract is located primarily within the town limits of Copperhill, Tennessee which shares a main street with McCaysville, Georgia. It is approximately a 15-minute drive north of Blue Ridge and is within 90 minutes of Chattanooga. This tract is located in the heart of the mountains where Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee come together. It is less that 1/3 of a mile from the Toccoa River- a river known for its whitewater rafting. Copper HillTract consists of a mix of natural pine and hardwood as well as merchantable and premerchantable pine plantations. Rolling topography allow for absolutely stunning mountain views.
