This small hybrid-tract in located less than one-mile northwest of O'Keefe WMA in southern Quitman County. Lambert lies three and one-half miles northeast. This property has non-irrigated cropland that adjoins a well developed recreational tract to the north. There is potential to leave crops in a portion of the field and hunt waterfowl. The soils consist of mainly Class III Alligator and Sharkey clays and silty clays. The field has been surveyed for landforming and this information is available. There is an older home located on the property that is currently occupied but could be used as a hunting camp.
