This tract lies withing the Northwest are of the Atchafalaya Basin, Southwest of Krotz Springs. This tract borders Bayou Courtableau and offers excellent hunting and fishing. Timber was thinned approximately 8 years ago, which has created a deer haven. A current hunting lease is in place until the end of the 24-25 hunting season.
