Blackburn Acres

This is a great piece of the Hill Country and is surrounded by large ranches. The terrain is gently rolling with good views. A small wet-weather draw crosses through the property and it has a good mix of Live Oaks, Elm, Mesquite & Juniper along with several varieties of low brush and prickly pear. Limestone outcroppings and other surface stone are prevalent over the property. Whitetail deer, turkeys & feral hogs are a common sight in this area and the hunting is good.

There is a new low-fence along CR 310 and a very good game-proof fence on the north side.
