My walk thru the woods produced plenty of sights of freshly made deer beds and lots of tracks in the dusting of snow. I also bumped into quite a few deer that were laying low in the cold morning air. Plenty of trees for those of you who like to hunt from above. Did see a couple old box style blinds that need some fix up, clean up. There is also a garage on the land that can be accessed off Banner Rd. There is a wood stove on one side of the garage. Looks like it was being set up for a place to rest and get in out of the weather. The other side has a roll up door and could function for storage of your gear. Nice chunk of hunting land in an area that supports a good wildlife population. Minden City State Game Area is a couple miles north of this property and Lake Huron is about 10 miles to the east.
