This small timbered tract lies along the west bank of the Sunflower River. Directly across the river from it is the Delta National Forest, which contains 60,898 acres of public hunting land. The property was select-cut several years prior. It has a couple of food plots as well as some interior trails. The property is land-locked with no legal or deeded access except from the river.
