The Azalea Tract Comp 14 is 238.9 acres located north of Capron, VA. This tract has road frontage on Pope Station Road and has a private road (Raccoon Creek Dr) going through it.
This tract lays flat with approximately 190 acres of upland made up of prime soils, Altavista sandy loam and State sandy loam. The remaining 48 acres is primarily Three Creek, a black water creek
made up of flats and bottom land. The timber is 58 acres of 2006 and 122 acres of 2016 planted Loblolly pine with 38 acres of 2007 natural hardwoods and 20 acres of 1960 pine-hardwood mix.
