MOSSY ROCK RANCH IS stunning from the grand rock gated entrance, good roads leading you through the ranch and a cozy 2650 square foot ranch house. Duck hunts are remarkable, lasting only 45 minutes hunting over decoys on the tanks, you can get a variety of ducks from Mallards, Pintail, Widgeon, Gadwall, Green & Blue Winged Teal, occasional Wood Ducks, and a few other species can be seen such as Ring Necked Duck, Bluebills and Redheads.

The whitetail population and genetics on this ranch are incredible. Approximately 70+ whitetail bucks with the buck/doe ratio being 1:1. Fifty of the bucks were purchased and released from top breeders in Texas including Robert Williams, The Refuge & Three Amigos Ranch. Call Karen for genetic information. While taking photos of the ranch I got a shot of a beautiful buck that would easily be 190+ class. Exotics currently home at MOSSY ROCK include Blackbuck Antelope, Scimitar Horned Oryx, Fallow Deer, Aoudad Sheep, Mouflon Sheep and Texas Dall Sheep.

Once entering through the tall, wood French doors of the Mossy Rock Ranch house, you immediately notice the exquisite pine wood floors in the 35x22 great room. Then your attention is required of the grand rock fireplace leading all the way up to the cathedral ceiling lined with wood beams. Warm Ralph Lauren paints were selected for the walls, giving you a very welcome, relaxed feeling. Beautiful windows in every room allow the wildlife & beautiful oaks to be viewed.
