Multi use farm located about equidistant from Lockney, Kress and Plainview, TX in southeastern Swisher County. Approximately 132 acres are irrigated, approximately 95 acres are dry land and another 158.98 acres are CRP. 20.49 acres of CRP expire 09-30-2023, and the remainder expire September 30, 2030. Most recently there has been cotton grown on both the irrigated and dry land portions. During periods of heavy rain, some water collects in low lying areas and there are crane and geese during migration season. There are also some pheasant and quail found as well as an occasional deer.

From Kress, approximately 10 miles east on FM 145, then south 5.5 miles on FM 2301. From Plainview, east on FM 2286 about 10 miles, then north on FM 2301 about 8.5 miles.
