Tierra de Vida

Tierra de Vida is a northern New Mexico legacy property having been in the same family since 1958. Located north of the town of Questa, the property is 39 miles north of Taos and 21 miles south of the Colorado border. The 399.03 acre, end-of-the-road property features 2 year-round live bodies of water, the Latir Creek and the Jaracito Creek. The Latir is a glacial lake-fed stream that runs strong throughout the property and holds native brown trout while the smaller Jaracito also meanders through the property creating a wonderful aesthetic but is not an active fishery.

Seclusion, privacy, beauty and tranquility abound on this land. The property is bordered by the Carson National Forest on its entire eastern side, with mountainess topography creating a natural boundary from most public access.
