There is also a covered porch on the front that runs the full width of the cabin. The bathroom is hooked to a septic system giving you all the conveniences of home. Water to the cabin is supplied from a community well using 275 gallon water totes and a 12 volt pump. Electricity is provided by a propane generator. The 250 gallon propane tank is leased by the month.
Storage
A nice 20 ft metal shipping container is on the property to store all your gear, ATVs and supplies while you are away.
Vegetation
The area averages 15 inches of rain per year. The land has good cover made up of greasewood, yucca/Spanish dagger, cedar, and mesquite on the higher areas away from the draw and creek. You will also see sotol, prickly pear cactus, algerita, and purple sage. Along the lower areas of draw and creek there are many willows, mesquite, persimmons and other trees and bushes.
