Research Parcel InformationFrom Hwy 190 and Hwy 65 go East on Hwy 190 past Springville then turn left onto Balch Park Rd at the "White Barn." Proceed 4.8 miles to the property which has a recessed white gate, marked by a Fire Dept green and white address sign, and is on the west side of Balch Park Road. The property is located between Bear Creek Road on the South and Blue Oak Drive on the North. If you hit Blue Oak Dr. you’ve gone too far. (If you are coming from Visalia, do not use Yokohl Valley Road.) Once inside the gate, you have a mile drive on the privately owned deeded oil and DG road until you reach the Ranch House.
