The cabin and buildings need some TLC. Detached 3 car garage, and 24 x 36 pole barn to store the hunting gear, ATV's kayaks etc. Mobile home sets across the river from the cabin. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sets atop a river bank with gorgeous views along the river.
Woods are a combination of maples, poplars, cherry, birch, and pine. Some very large white pines up around the cabin.
Property is bordered on east and west by 400 acres of state game area land, and the river is to the south. Time to make some memories.
