Approximately 79 wooded acres located in Fremont Twp, Tuscola County, Vassar area. Properties like these dont some along often, woods, water and a pole barn with power all in one. The woods are a combination of poplars, pines, maples and some oaks. I did see some apple trees scattered around the property too. There are a couple trail systems winding thru the woods that run southerly from the ponds. Ive been working at opening them up to increase the access to the woods. There are a couple nice openings about half way back thru the woods that would be great food plot locations. Plenty of places to hang deer stands for this fall. Good amount of sign of both deer and turkey using the property. Seller has harvested his share and has them on trail cameras as well.
