From downtown Uvalde, take Highway 90 West for approximately 10 miles, crossing the Nueces River. Immediately after the US Border Patrol checkpoint, make a right and head north on a private gravel road. A cross on the north side of Hwy 90 marks the spot where to turn. Take the road north, go over the railroad tracks and continue for approximately 3.8 miles. The property gate sign says "The Settlement" and will be on the east side of the road.
