The remaining portion of the is mostly covered with native brush with a few mature Live oaks along the back fence line and around the property entrance.

IMPROVEMENTS/UTILITIES/WATER
Improvements include a functioning water well and a new 144 sq ft concrete slab metal building well house. There is a electric meter in place providing power from Victoria Electric Coop. A second water well that was used in the past is located in North pasture, however it is not hooked up or in service.

to the stop sign at the intersection of US 183 and FM 237. Take a left onto FM 237. Proceed for 5.6 miles and
turn right onto Moritz Rd. Look for entrance gate on the right-hand side after mile And your destination is on
your right.
