As you enter from the main gate, you will travel down a rocked road and pass by an oak alley which stretches along the road with Grand Oaks. Another highlight of this property is the ±7 acre lake which provides an opportunity for the fisherman, and with the addition of the Wakeboard Cable, an avenue for those with an affinity for watersports. The rifle range has a covered deck with room for two shooters complete with benches. The clays stand is elevated and includes 5 machines which run off battery and are remote controlled for ease and convenience. The stand is also under roof to provide shade on some of the hotter days.

The Wakeboard Cable can be operated via an observation stand with roof that overlooks the lake with a bird’s eye view. The lake is also stocked with bass and bream.

The ~75x40 metal equipment shed should meet all of your needs for equipment storage. Approximately 1/3 of the building is enclosed and lockable, with the remainder open for large equipment storage. Also included are both a diesel and gas tanks with manual pumps to fuel your tractors, ATV, etc.

For the hunter, whitetail deer and wild turkey frequent the area as this area is known for its good population of wildlife.
