About James Menger

Jay Menger grew up in rural Walworth County spending most of his time enjoying the outdoors. While growing up he spent alot of time on his grandparent's deer farm, lake cabin, and hunting properties. At a young age he had a passion and extreme interest in all forms of real estate. This passion lingered in the back of his mind for many years. He loved to help everyone that he met growing up which led him to enlist in the Wisconsin Army National Guard for six years. Jay wound up going to UW-Oshkosh and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. After his time in the military, Jay decided to become a police officer because he still had the desire to help and protect people. For the past ten years he has served his country, state, and community. Unfortunately, he felt like he was still missing something in his life. With the passion he has for real estate he decided to take a leap of faith and obtained his real estate license. He wishes he would have made this decision 10 years ago. Besides his family, nothing make him happier then assisting Buyers and Sellers with obtaining their part of the American Dream. In his business, he carries the core values that he learned from his tim ein the service. Integrity, loyalty, dedication, compassion, and honesty are the core values that he stands by in his personal and professional life.
