The Confluence

This Arizona gem consists of 61.2 acres located at the confluence of two perennial rivers. There are not many sites like this still around. It has privacy and seclusion behind a locked gate, bordered by two rivers and Coconino National Forest, yet is close to downtown Camp Verde. 18 acres have been irrigated from wells and side roll sprinkler. The property is in the culturally rich area known as the Sinagua Circle and is two miles south of Montezuma Castle National Monument, one of the best preserved prehistoric cliff dwellings in North America. Also, the property is adjacent to the Pecan Lane Rural Historic Landscape which is on the National Register of Historic Places with the NPS. Some equipment (dozer, tractors) is included.
