Located just North of Havana, this is a great 4 House Tyson Contract Broiler Farm. Two houses are 43’x500’ and are 14 years old. The other two are 50’x500’ and are only 6 years old. This farm has been very well-kept and is in great working condition. They grow out a 4 lb bird in 35 days. They offer Chore Time 40 stage controllers, Chore Time pan feeders with chick mates, and Chore Time waterers with nipple drinkers in all 4 houses. There is currently tube heat in two houses and radiant brood heat in two houses. The houses run on propane and city water with one water well on-site not currently in use. There is 1 Newage 100kW generator on-site. There are four 1,200 gallon water storage tanks and a 50’x20’ composting shed.
