Esposo Farm
The Esposo Farm is 180 acres located on FM 1986, just outside La Pryor, Texas, in Zavala County. This prime irrigated farm is suitable for row crops or a cattle program. It features a complete net wire perimeter fence to keep livestock secure and hogs out.
The Reinke pivot irrigation system is in excellent condition and irrigates approximately 130 acres. With a 75% irrigated-to-dry land ratio, this farm is very productive. It is equipped with two electric irrigation wells, and both the water wells and the pivot are powered by a single diesel generator.
For cattle purposes, the farm includes a well-constructed set of pipe and sucker rod cattle pens capable of holding a large volume of cattle.
