Indoor Arena: The King's Arena offers a state-of-the-art indoor facility consisting of a 150' x 300' structure made of clear-span, steel beam construction. The indoor arena itself measures 265' x 110'. The arena fencing consists of sucker rod and well casing pipe designed to expand and contract with changing ground temperatures. The arena is professionally appointed with an elevated announcer's booth, a professional sound system and audio mixer board, grandstand seating, a concession stand and heated bathrooms. It's well-insulated, and illuminated with overhead mercury vapor lights. Outdoor Arena: The outdoor facility is a 320' x 150' arena that offers an automatic, remote-controlled chute and has small grandstand seating. The lower pens alongside this arena have sprinklers installed with two large pens attached. Overnight Stalls: There is also a Cover-All Building consisting of indoor portable pens to board horses out of the weather for overnight event boarding. There are outside stalls available for overnighters and a number of electrical outlets as well. Boarding: Also offered is complete-care horse-boarding services. The horses are housed in five buildings and ten runs with running water. A 300-foot run with each building is able to comfortably accommodate 3 head per building. The use of the outdoor arena and an 80-foot round pen is included with this. Main Residence: The main residence is a 4000 sq ft log home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, large windows, open concept living, and a finished basement. It has recently been updated with high-end appliances, 2 wine coolers, marble counter tops, sound system throughout the home, gas fireplace, automatic sprinkler system, water softener, central heating/air, and tons of additional storage.
