Walk down the road to access both the Grant Powell Memorial state forest and the Tug Hill Wildlife Management Area.

From I-81 N, take exit 42 for NY-177 toward Smithville/Adams Center Continue on NY-177 E. Drive to Salmon River Rd in Montague Turn right onto NY-177 E/S Harbor Rd Turn right onto Liberty Rd Turn right to stay on Liberty Rd Continue onto Salmon River Rd. Take a left onto Olin Rd. Continue on Olin Rd until it becomes Flat Rock Rd. Look for sign on the left.
