Ten miles west of River Highalnds you will find the town of Madison. In Madison there are two grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, Madison County Memorial Hospital, North Florida Community College, restaurants, and much more. Twenty miles southeast is the town of Live Oak. At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shands Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

River Highlands - Estate 9 is mostly wooded in oak and other hardwood trees. We have cleared out a driveway and home site area on the property. The property is located on the corner of a paved and dirt road. Electricity is available to the front of the parcel. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 750 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 12 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs. There are already several families living at River Highlands.
