The off-grid property has an existing gravel driveway and is located on a seasonal road that is also a well-known Tug Hill snowmobile trail in wintertime. The 15 acres is heavily wooded with stands of maple, cherry, pine, hemlock and birch trees, overlooking a stream that connects to Mad River, offering excellent trout fishing and plenty of wildlife sightings.
