Rare is it a property comes to market that has been deeded in the same family name since its original patent by the US Government, but such is the case with the Webb Ranch. Deeded in 1912 to Sherman Webb and ranched by 4 generations of Webbs since, this 7,758+/- acre ranch is located at the northernmost point of Phillips County, adjoining the Canadian Border.

Made up of 2,706+/- deeded acres and 5,052+/- acres of BLM Lease, this property is rated by the owner for 250 cow/calf pairs for 6 months, with grass to spare. 800+/- acres were previously farmed and planted back to a native blend grass by the current owner in 2015, creating a considerable amount of improved pasture and ample grazing.

All acres of the property are contiguous and the entire property was re-fenced with steel posts and braces between the years of 2000 and 2024.
